The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy Finance and Employment open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals plus Norway Iceland and Liechtenstein). Reporting to the Head of Supply Management AOG you will be working very close to our final customers and will interact with a high variety of functions and people present all over the globe.
You will have the opportunity to think out of the box to solve hot and complex AOG cases and enable aircrafts to be back in the air.
You will have the chance to work hand & hand with most of our key flying procurement suppliers and understand the challenges of the worldwide supply chain situation.
On-time on-cost & on-quality delivery of Spare Parts to Customers
Purchase Order Placement Monitoring & Supplier Communication
Collaboration with internal Stakeholders Customer Order Desk Engineering Supply Chain Quality Management etc.
University degree in the area of Logistics Business or an equivalent field of study
You have strong ability to take ownership and deliver as well as good negotiation skills and a solid commercial understanding
Business fluent in English
True team spirit enjoy working in a fun environment and you are able to interact with and relate well with individuals at all levels and functions
