We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team focus on Sales Development
Based in Lima Peru reporting to Sales Manager you will be responsible to a range of operations for Peru and has the mission of seeking opportunities for growth and strategic collaboration thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to greater company success through the retention and expansion of assigned accounts and the addition of new accounts.
You will be responsible for:
01. Strategic Account Management: Understanding customer needs setting mutual goals and designing plans to maximize customer satisfaction sales and retention. for engineering/construction firms and End Costumers. (Account plan Development)
02. Commercial Agreements Strategic negotiation and Major Projects Identification develop and Close.
03. Technical Specifications develop in Major projects or/and End Customer Tenders attention.
03. Cross-Selling or Upselling Opportunities Identification: Expand the portfolio of products and services that allow increasing the relationship with the customer.
04. Internal coordination with departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
05. Quotes customer data registration.
06. Analysis and reporting: Key accounts Performance analysis and metrics evaluation such as profitability customer satisfaction and growth.
06. Responsible for the increase in the client portfolio

Con base en Lima Perú y reportando al Sales Manager serás responsable de un conjunto de operaciones para Perú y tendrás la misión de identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y colaboración estratégica asegurando la satisfacción del cliente y contribuyendo al éxito de la compañía mediante la retención y expansión de cuentas asignadas y la incorporación de nuevas cuentas.
01. Gestión Estratégica de Cuentas:
Comprender las necesidades del cliente establecer objetivos mutuos y diseñar planes para maximizar la satisfacción ventas y retención. Dirigido a empresas de ingeniería/construcción y clientes finales. (Desarrollo de Account Plan)
02. Acuerdos Comerciales negociación estratégica y proyectos mayores:
Identificación desarrollo y cierre de oportunidades.
03. Desarrollo de especificaciones técnicas en grandes proyectos y/o clientes finales atención de licitaciones.
04. Identificación de oportunidades de venta cruzada o upselling:
Ampliar el portafolio de productos y servicios para fortalecer la relación con el cliente.
05. Coordinación interna con diferentes áreas para asegurar la entrega oportuna de productos y servicios.
06. Cotizaciones y registro de datos de clientes.
07. Análisis e informes:
Análisis de desempeño de cuentas clave y evaluación de métricas como rentabilidad satisfacción del cliente y crecimiento.
08. Responsable del incremento de la cartera de clientes.
