| - Collaborate with crossfunctional teams in an Agile environment.
- Support and maintain AWS cloud operations to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Assist with application and infrastructure migration activities.

- Monitor troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure and application issues.
- Follow ITSM processes (Incident Change Problem) using tools like ServiceNow.

What should you bring along
| - Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience working with AWS Cloud technologies specifically in cloud operations infrastructure management and migration activities.
- Manage and support daytoday IT operations to ensure high system availability reliability and performance.
- Maintain and operate AWS infrastructure leveraging services such as ECS RDS S3 Lambda EC2 CloudWatch and IAM.
- Maintain and enhance Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for automated provisioning configuration and environment consistency.
- Optimize and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to improve software build deployment and delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Development QA Product Platform) and deliver outcomes using Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
- Monitor analyze and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues using cloud monitoring and logging tools ensuring timely rootcause resolution.
- Implement and adhere to DevOps best practices including version control artifact management automation and basic containerization with Docker.
- Work within ITSM processes (Incident Change Problem Management) and use platforms like ServiceNow to manage operational workflows.
- Manage and maintain GitHub repositories including branching permissions artifact storage and release management.
- Document operational procedures solutions and knowledge articles using Confluence and JIRA for collaboration and traceability.
- Stay updated with emerging AWS and DevOps technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Demonstrates the ability and willingness to grow towards development work including learning modern programming practices contributing to code enhancements and supporting application development tasks as needed.
- Good Communication to handle Stakeholders and users for both Migration and Operations work
