Job Summary
What a typical day looks like:
- Product Leadership: Define product specifications system architectures and execution plans for custom solutions leveraging JetCool Flex and third-party components.
- Strong Engineering Principles: Be fluent in mechanical engineering principles for system engineering including pipe flow calculations thermal engineering calculations and mechanical drawings.
- Engineering Management: Directly manage and mentor the Dell OEM engineering team ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of new customer solutions and custom integrations.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary customer-facing representative for technical discussions capturing requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.
- Sales Partnership: Collaborate with the Sales team to develop proposals support customer engagements and deliver tailored liquid cooled server and rack solutions.
- Systems Integration: Apply systems engineering principles to architect solutions combining cooling technologies server hardware manifolds and integration services.
The experience we are looking to add to our team:
Bachelor of Science (B.S. in mechanical or aerospace engineering) and 7 years of work experience
3 years in product management
3 years of engineering team management experience
Demonstrated ability with hands-on builds/projects
Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS CAD and drawing packages
