We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Employment Immigration Paralegal to support their attorneys and clients throughout the immigration process. Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with employment immigration cases including preparation and filing of visa applications petitions and supporting documentation.
- Conduct legal research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment immigration laws and regulations.
- Manage case files track deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
- Liaise with government agencies to follow up on case statuses or resolve issues.
- Draft correspondence legal documents and case summaries as required.
- Organize and maintain legal documentation in compliance with firm policies and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience working directly with Employment Immigration required.
- Paralegal certificate highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of employment immigration processes and terminology.
- Proficient in legal research tools and document preparation software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy in documentation and filings.
- Familiarity with government filing systems and procedures related to immigration.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
