JOB SUMMARY

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Review and screen One Call locate requests to determine potential impacts to company assets. Contact excavators regarding dig site location details.
• Interpret GIS mapping layers (centerline operational areas business units etc.) using the Ticket Management System and/or the GIS Portal.
• Support and optimize Ticket Management System configuration helping streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Dispatch emergency One Call tickets and promptly notify Operations during business hours.
• Maintain system accuracy by updating configurations as personnel organizational structures or workflows change.
• Research excavation activity using State One Call systems GIS and ticketing tools to assist Operations and respond to landowner inquiries.
• Generate and distribute productivity and compliance reports using platforms such as the Irth Ticket Management System GIS and Spotfire.
• Assist with training efforts for Operations personnel as part of One Call compliance initiatives.
• Prepare documentation to support state and federal inspections related to One Call regulations.
• Retrieve historical records to support regulatory audits and internal documentation needs.

Education

• H.S. Diploma

Work Experience

• Knowledge of pipeline operations facility locating or One Call programs.
• Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• A clear and confident communicatorboth written and verbal.
• Responds with a sense of urgency.
• Comfortable collaborating with Operations GIS specialists and colleagues across departments.
• Techsavvy and eager to learn tools such as GIS Excel UtiliSphere and other ticketmanagement systems.
• Organized dependable and able to meet competing deadlines.
• Experienced with backend system configuration data organization or procedural documentation (a strong plus).
