As an ER RN youll lead rapid assessments triage IV insertions medication administration EKG interpretation wound care and advanced life support interventions under physician oversight. Youll coordinate with physicians nurses techs and ancillary staff to ensure rapid stabilization accurate documentation and smooth handoffs to inpatient units or discharge planning. The role offers substantial growth: exposure to diverse trauma and medical emergencies mentorship from seasoned ER clinicians and opportunities to specialize further within acute care trauma or critical care nursing. The compensation package is competitive and designed to reward your expertise: weekly pay between $1915 and $1995 plus a sign-on bonus housing assistance and potential extensions to build continuity of care and professional relationships.
