Griffith Ford Seguin is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Seguin this role you will oversee financial operations develop strategies to improve profitability and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management excellent analytical skills and the ability to lead a dynamic finance team.
Responsibilities
- Manage all financial operations including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to increase company profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal financial regulations.
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business activities and growth initiatives.
- Lead mentor and develop the finance team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Coordinate audits and work closely with external auditors.
- Oversee cash flow investments and financial risk management.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in financial management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
