Duties Include:
- Repair all Crown and OEM valve equipment to Stream-Flos standards based on equipment type
- Tear down reassemble and troubleshoot valve equipment for repair
- Test grease inspect and stamp valves
- Maintain accurate database and documentation
- Calibrate function test and troubleshoot choke valves and a variety of pneumatic hydraulic and electric positioners and actuation
- Record non-conformances as required
- Inform Supervisor /Lead Hand of any irregularities with orders or equipment
- Assist with shop housekeeping and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:
- High School Diploma with related valve repair rebuild and/or teardown experience an asset
- Knowledge of Stream-Flo and/or competitors equipment an asset
- Mechanically inclined; basic understanding of hand and power tool functionality
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Good communication (oral and written) interpersonal customer service and problem solving skills
- Well organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
