UX Lead
Location:Thorpe Park Leeds Hybridworking.

This role looks after the full journey of how people experience our website and digital products from first ideas through to live designs. Youll spend time understanding what users need what frustrates them and how they move through our online journeys then use those insights to make things clearer easier and more intuitive. This includes researching user behaviour testing ideas and turning feedback into practical design improvements. Youll create simple visuals like wireframes journeys and prototypes to show how pages and tools should work and help make sure information is easy to find and flows logically. Youll also share your findings with teams across the business helping everyone understand the users point of view and make better decisions that improve the overall digital experience.
