Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Import / Export Student located in Aguascalientes
Responsible for coordinating the daily shipment plan sending It to involved areas such as shipping warehouse & customer service. Student will also oversee and follow up the fixed asset management requesting the necessary information to the engineering team and making sure it is put into the correct Box folders for asset management.
What a typical day looks like:
Contact the traffic team to review shipping plan
Send shipment plan to areas involved
Receive fixed asset report and follow up with the proper engineering team to provide missing information.
Make sure the information received is validated physically and put in the correct BOX folde
