The job:

Join our innovative R&Ddepartmentto make a meaningful impact on scientific advancement. As a Scientist III in the Analytical Development team you will play a key role in developing and optimizing new analytical QC methods for control of reagents and kits/products (PEA).

You will be part of a team that drives innovation within the area of Proteomics work on new and exciting projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will design and execute experiments analyze complex data identify critical parameters resolve technical challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives. A key focus will be to drive systematic improvements of QC methods to increase robustness and efficiency.This role offers opportunities to mentor colleagues while working independently.


Requirements:


PhD from the life science field and multiple years work experience preferably in a similar industry.
Preferred Fields of Study: Biochemistry Biology Proteomicsor related discipline

Extensive experience of developmental work especially method development. Experience in method validation is advantageous.

Demonstrated expertise in standard molecular biology techniques protein affinity assays calorimetry SPR PEA qPCR NGS enzymatic assays as well as automated workflows and instrumentation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to design experiments and interpret complex data
Experience leading technical projects and mentoring colleagues
Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication abilities to present technical information to diverse audiences
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Track record of scientific contributions through publications presentations or patents preferred
Proficiency with relevant Design of Experiment (DOE) software and data analysis tools is beneficial
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects
Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
English language proficiency required Swedish language proficiency is advantageous.
