What youll be doing

The Product Owner supports CIBCs goal of being #1 in customer experience by developing and maintaining a vision for the product(s) that delivers on iterations to driveStakeholders product needs that maximize business value.

At CIBC we provide a work environment designed to help you thrive in your role. Youll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid arrangement spending 1 to 3 days per week on-site while working remotely on other days.

How youll succeed

• Create and maintain a prioritized Product Backlog -Working with Stakeholders to develop a product vision that satisfies their requirements
• Curate user stories and feedback- Prioritizing work on those with maximum value
• Collaborate with project managers and technical leads- Determine product development cycles
• Manage release plans- Monitoring project scope schedule and budget
• Ensure each iteration delivers expected result- working closely with the development team to define design accept and adapt features
• Serve as the internal/external subject matter expert on the product act as primary contact for product related questions
