Initiative Lead

The role is responsible for ownership and execution of non-business systems related strategic initiatives & workstreams (efficiency new launch optimization commercialization) that will drive material business and customer value for all businesses. Manages project execution and leads enterprise initiatives end-to-end by collaborating seamlessly across the enterprise that deliver significant outcomes and change.

Job Functions:

• Responsible for planning execution and delivery of non-business systems strategic project integrations and migrations related initiatives that have a significant impact on the organization.

• Defines and manages project intake process & allocation of resources including program governance.

• Responsible for senior stakeholder management key project decisions managing budget and communication status and risks to cross-functional business partners.

• Leads indirect team of cross-functional members to align on business objectives and the ability to influence and drive change with business leaders and stakeholders.

• Leverage subject matter expertise and knowledge on core business systems such as OMS S4 CMP to meet project objectives.

• Ability to context switch on demand respond quickly and efficiently when managing multiple high priority projects.

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelors and 5 years or HS/GED and 9 years

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors Degree in Finance Project Management or Business Administration

Experience: 7 years

Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older
