The role is responsible for ownership and execution of non-business systems related strategic initiatives & workstreams (efficiency new launch optimization commercialization) that will drive material business and customer value for all businesses. Manages project execution and leads enterprise initiatives end-to-end by collaborating seamlessly across the enterprise that deliver significant outcomes and change.
Job Functions:
Responsible for planning execution and delivery of non-business systems strategic project integrations and migrations related initiatives that have a significant impact on the organization.
Defines and manages project intake process & allocation of resources including program governance.
Responsible for senior stakeholder management key project decisions managing budget and communication status and risks to cross-functional business partners.
Leads indirect team of cross-functional members to align on business objectives and the ability to influence and drive change with business leaders and stakeholders.
Leverage subject matter expertise and knowledge on core business systems such as OMS S4 CMP to meet project objectives.
Ability to context switch on demand respond quickly and efficiently when managing multiple high priority projects.
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Bachelors and 5 years or HS/GED and 9 years
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Finance Project Management or Business Administration
Experience: 7 years
Additional Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $130000.00 - $160000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge skills location experience and take into account internal equity.Benefits
