Job Summary
JoinKayser Chrysler Center of Watertown as a Parts Associate where you will play a key role in ensuring our service department runs smoothly by managing and distributing automotive parts efficiently including parts pick up and delivery. A good driving record is a must for this position which is based in Watertown WI and offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and quality automotive care.
Responsibilities
- Receive inspect and stock incoming parts shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
- Assist customers and technicians in locating and ordering the correct parts.
- Process returns and handle warranty claims as necessary.
- Collaborate with the service and sales departments to ensure timely parts availability.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe parts department.
- Perform parts pick up and delivery as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in automotive parts or inventory management preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with automotive parts systems and software is a plus.
- Good driving record is required.
