Your mission is to ensure efficient FM services and suppliers accountability regarding the operational responsibility by helping the team to develop and implement effective service concepts and maintenance strategies. The role requires frequent presence onsite (minimum 60 %).As aFacility Management Services Specialist you will:Assess current Integrated Facility Management service levels from the content perspective and lead process optimization initiatives identifying improvement opportunities and cost-saving measures through innovative solutions and best practices to ensure quality and the stakeholder map is regularly updated and establish effective communication and collaboration frameworks across all FM with the Supplier Manager and the ASML FM Team work on the development and the introduction of the new services including defining scope content and implementation plans aligned with business collaboration with the FM team Data Quality Specialist and the IFM supplier optimize the usage of the Computer Aided Facility Management Software to ensure transparency efficiency and seamless integration of -design with our supplier manager and the sourcing department respective IFM sourcing strategies and work closely with our IFM supplier to achieve FM objectives compliance with legal requirements and internal standards for maintenance and asset management safeguarding reliability and availability.
