Job Summary
Infra Architect
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements automation and straight through processing.
Experience: 10 years

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design architecture and implementation of complex infrastructure solutions including compute storage networking cloud platforms and related technologies.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure roadmaps standards policies and best practices in alignment with business objectives and industry trends.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to infrastructure teams overseeing project delivery from concept to production.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency performance security and cost-effectiveness of our infrastructure.
- Collaborate with various business units application development teams and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical infrastructure designs.
- Perform capacity planning performance tuning and troubleshooting of critical infrastructure components.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices compliance regulations and internal governance frameworks.
- Develop and review technical documentation including architecture diagrams design specifications and operational procedures.
- Act as a subject matter expert for complex infrastructure challenges and provide high-level technical support.
Mentor junior architects and engineers fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
