Tasks

• Provide a warm and professional experience to every person who visits the apartments.
• Lead in-person tours through the apartments and common areas explaining features benefits and answering questions in Spanish and English.
• Clearly explain the rental process with Homie in a simple way generating trust and clarity in every visit.
• Identify opportunities to close understand the customers needs handle objections and give subtle commercial pushes to move forward in the rental process.
• Take care of the visit experience from start to finish: punctuality friendly treatment tidy spaces and follow-up afterward when applicable.
• Check before visits that apartments and hallways are in good condition (lights basic cleanliness access visible details for the customer).
• Keep an organized record of visits customer comments and the status of each interested prospect in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations maintenance commercial) to coordinate schedules resolve incidents and ensure the building is always ready to show.

Requirements

• Fluent English with the ability to host visits explain the process and answer questions in this language.
• Previous experience in face-to-face roles (sales retail hospitality real estate reception host/hostess etc.).
• Clear ability to communicate build trust and persuade in a respectful and professional way.
• Strong service-oriented attitude and attention to detail able to detect issues in the building and report them without letting anything slip.
• Organization and punctuality to manage visit schedules and basic follow-up.
