What does a successful Client Account Manager do A successful Client Account Manager at AIBMS is a partner in possibility who helps merchants move at the speed of life by delivering seamless onboarding operational excellence and responsive ongoing support. You will collaborate across teams to enable reliable funding clear reporting and compliant merchant operations that drive client trust and business outcomes.

What you will do:

  • Onboard merchants and manage end-to-end account setup including bank account changes TID requests MID linking/chaining and portfolio amendments.
  • Implement pricing and contract templates; configure entitlements (gratuity pre-auth) on AIBMS terminals and adjust Clover batch times for Channel and Corporate
  • Manage funding operations by modifying funding timelines narratives schedules settlement currencies and enabling accelerated funding processes.
  • Process closure requests engage merchants on individual transaction questions and complete booking adjustments related to rejected credits and debits.
  • Support merchant services including gambling merchant setup for Corporate CAS MCC changes ceiling limit administration brand additions and invoicing assistance.
  • Maintain and update company information (addresses trading/clearing names contacts) and oversee SOP management.
  • Configure Insight portal access and set up Next Generation Reporting for corporate merchants; support reconciliation and authorization queries.

What you will need to have:

  • Proven experience managing corporate merchant accounts within the FinTech or payments industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage bank account changes funding schedules and settlement currency configurations.
  • Practical experience configuring terminal entitlements and adjusting batch/settlement parameters (AIBMS and Clover).
  • Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills for escalations closures and service delivery.
  • Solid understanding of merchant onboarding TID/MID management and reconciliation/authorization workflows.

What would be great to have:

  • Familiarity with AIBMS terminals and Clover systems.
  • Knowledge of gambling merchant onboarding and compliance requirements for Corporate CAS.
  • Experience with SOP creation/management and Insight portal administration.
  • Background in booking adjustments rejected credit/debit workflows and ceiling limit controls.
  • Experience with Next Generation Reporting and advanced merchant reporting tools.
