Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to provide high-quality care and support to clients in Milford MI. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities ensuring their comfort safety and overall well-being in a home care setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene grooming and dressing
- Help with mobility and transferring safely
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor client health and report any significant changes to healthcare professionals
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate records of care provided
Requirements
- Compassionate patient and reliable with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks
