7 Air is seeking experienced Line Maintenance Mechanics (A&P Technicians) to join our team immediately. If you are a motivated professional with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality we want to hear from you!
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Line Maintenance Mechanics report to the Maintenance Manager and are responsible for performing high-quality maintenance on aircraft in compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring all shop equipment and tools are serviceable properly calibrated and ready for use.
Accurately completing maintenance entries on forms and work orders for assigned tasks.
Maintaining a clean safe and organized repair station environment.
Performing maintenance work in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
Observing all safety procedures relevant to maintenance operations.
Using up-to-date technical data on aircraft parts components and tooling during maintenance.
Handling parts carefully during repair installation and storage to prevent damage.
Preserving all units or parts throughout maintenance processes.
Reporting discrepancies defects or unairworthy conditions to the Maintenance Manager.
Complying with all Airworthiness Directives (ADs) Service Bulletins Advisory Circulars and Engineering Orders (EOs) and signing off on work performed.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must:
Hold a current A&P Technician Certificate under 14 CFR Part 65.
Be able to read write and understand English.
Be thoroughly familiar with 14 CFR Part 145 regulations and standard inspection methods techniques and practices.
Be proficient with inspection equipment and visual inspection aids appropriate for the articles being serviced.
Be authorized to approve articles for return to service under the repair station certificate and operations specifications.
