About the Role:

About You:

Demonstrated leadership experience either as a current Team Leader or in a senior/acting leadership role and is ready to take the next step in their career.
Experience supporting people with complex behaviours and a range of health needs including diabetes management.
A strong understanding and application of person-centred active support practices.
A strong advocate for the people we support and their families/carers through building meaningful and trusting relationships.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to effectively resolve conflicts and foster a positive cohesive team environment.
