Were looking for a Senior Engineer to join our small trusted team. Youll stabilise operations and scale our technical wins turning one-off projects into repeatable standards providing diagnostics for complex issues and ensuring client systems align with best practices.

This role demands systems thinking hands-on execution and a bias for action. It suits a mid-senior professional who builds clarity from chaos documents rigorously and uplifts team delivery. If youre calm under pressure ownership-driven and perform to a high standard in a small team youll fit right in.

THE IMPACT YOULL CREATE

In this role your performance will directly:

Scale standards: convert proofs-of-concept into client-ready products with full documentation.
Drive diagnostics: cut through Support team feedback and data to solve root causes and design stakeholder solutions.
Align operations: monitor alerts baseline clients against best practices and plan fixes.
Boost delivery: write project plans check go-lives and enable team execution.
Build resilience: test new tech simplify systems and prevent repeat issues.
Elevate trust: communicate clearly to clients and team for seamless alignment.

Microsoft cloud and Windows administration
Apple-first environments and creative workflows
Excellent process documentation and execution
Solid knowledge of infrastructure cybersecurity cloud platforms and systems integration
Troubleshooting beyond basic tools
Task prioritisation and continuity
Experience scaling projects to standards
Client-facing technical communication and clear English
