- Must have experience with Sunrise Windows and James Hardie siding.
- Ability to explain product features and benefits in a way that stands out over competing brands.
- Discover customers needs and offer solutions to them through the companys services or products.
- Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for customers who want more information concerning our products.
- Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential customers the benefits of our products.
- Establish and maintain healthy long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy customers needs.
- Excellent organization and management capabilities including being a team player.
- Above average communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid drivers license clean driving record.
- Prior home improvement industry experience.
- Knowledge of exterior remodeling products (windows doors patio doors garage doors roofing siding gutters).
- Knowledge of MassSave program and Energy Code.
- Knowledge of building science.
