Our collaborative and multi-disciplinary team is one of the largest in the UK providing water and wastewater infrastructure services alongside drainage designSuDSand surface water management. Our wide variety of clients span across the UK and internationally and include water companies local authorities highways / rail authorities and developers.

Your role

• Supporting senior team members inriverinewater quality modellingfor SOAF/INV4/UPM projects including assisting withgeneralWater Framework Directiveand Urban Wastewater Treatment Directivereviews.
• Contributing to modelling projects as part of multidisciplinary teams developing numerical skills in environmental engineering.
• Ensuring deliverables meet required standards andcomply withrelevant regulations under the guidance of experienced staff.
• Assistingwith project and programme management activities asrequired.
• Actively seeking opportunities for learning and professional development with guidance and mentorship from senior colleagues.
• Engaging with technical innovation andparticipatingin improvement workgroups to support teamobjectives.

About you

• Demonstrates an understanding of the UK Water Industry and relevant regulatory considerations.
• Experience indelivery ofSOAF/INV4/UPMprojects under the guidance of senior team members.
• Shows a developing knowledge ofsewer network and riverinewater quality processes.
• Experience or willingness to learn industry standard software such asInfoWorksICM.
• Assistsincheckingthe work of colleagues to support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contributes to project delivery and helpsmaintainpositive client relationships with support from more experienced staff.
