Responsibilities and Duties:
- Review and understand technical and non-technical job requirements.
- Review applicants to verify if the position requirements are met and evaluate based on skills functionality domain experience and qualification.
- Build & sustain the network of potential candidates and maintain the database as per the skills experience and location.
- Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in US.
- Develop action plans/ recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment.
- Candidate must have clear understanding of benefits compensation US Visa/ Employment types and terms like W2 1099 US Citizen Green Card TN-Visa OPT-EAD and CPT-EAD. etc.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree is required; a however combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Must have a minimum of 2 year of experience in US Recruitment.
- Must have hands-on experience working with MSP/VMS-based Direct Clients.
- Experience of Full life cycle Recruitment experience in US IT and Telecommunication/ Wireless Recruitment.
- Candidates should have technical recruitment experience in contract OR permanent staffing.
- Experience in entire U.S. Recruitment life cycle from sourcing screening selection and salary/ Rate negotiation.
- Source candidates from various sources like portals (Monster Dice CareerBuilder etc.) database networking references etc.
- Should have experience in working VMS/ MSP clients and exposure working with Direct clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Self-motivated Confident Aggressive Target-oriented and a Go-Getter who will take care of the direct client requirements across US.
