Responsibilities and Duties:

Review and understand technical and non-technical job requirements.
Review applicants to verify if the position requirements are met and evaluate based on skills functionality domain experience and qualification.
Build & sustain the network of potential candidates and maintain the database as per the skills experience and location.
Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in US.
Develop action plans/ recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment.
Candidate must have clear understanding of benefits compensation US Visa/ Employment types and terms like W2 1099 US Citizen Green Card TN-Visa OPT-EAD and CPT-EAD. etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree is required; a however combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Must have a minimum of 2 year of experience in US Recruitment.
Must have hands-on experience working with MSP/VMS-based Direct Clients.
Experience of Full life cycle Recruitment experience in US IT and Telecommunication/ Wireless Recruitment.
Candidates should have technical recruitment experience in contract OR permanent staffing.
Experience in entire U.S. Recruitment life cycle from sourcing screening selection and salary/ Rate negotiation.
Source candidates from various sources like portals (Monster Dice CareerBuilder etc.) database networking references etc.
Should have experience in working VMS/ MSP clients and exposure working with Direct clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Self-motivated Confident Aggressive Target-oriented and a Go-Getter who will take care of the direct client requirements across US.
