AES SAP MTD (Make-to-Deliver) Senior Associate (Operate)

Job Summary

Within PwCs Managed Services and Application Evolution Services (AES) platform we help clients operate protect and continuously evolve their SAP application landscape. The role involves working in a high-paced environment across help desk/support enhancements optimization and advisory/roadmap activities while contributing to customer engagement support from both a technical and relationship perspective.

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Degree: BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / MBA / / / BBA

Experience: 6 10 years relevant SAP experience

Shift: Flexible to work in 2nd shift (2 pm IST to 11 pm IST)

Preferred Certifications: SAP S/4HANA certification in relevant area (e.g. MM/SCM PP/QM/PLM)



Core Responsibilities (Common for MTD Make / MTD Move)

Provide application support and delivery across incidents changes problems enhancements and optimization initiatives

Ensure adherence to SLAs and contribute to incident/change/problem management

Ticket quality and deliverables review; status reporting

Work with client stakeholders lead discussions and manage escalations/risks

Contribute to KSS/knowledge sharing mentor junior team members support COE activities

Bring structured thinking to ambiguous problems; ensure quality accuracy and relevance of outputs

Collaborate across teams (onsite/offshore) and across workstreams

Exposure/understanding of interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC (functional awareness)



Functional Skill Requirements (Either of the below tracks)

Track A: MTD Move SAP MM / Inventory Management (MM-IM)

Strong experience in SAP Materials Management and Inventory Management including:

SAP configuration & business processes in Logistics / Procurement / Inventory

Cross-functional integration: MM FI and SD

Blueprinting configuration testing documentation production support; familiarity with implementation methodologies

Inventory configuration and topics such as:

Movement types GR/GI number ranges

Physical Inventory documents (storage location related)

Account Assignment/Automatic Account Determination (AAC) (valuation class account category reference account grouping)

Logistics Invoice Verification document types & number ranges; ERS

Procurement/Inventory domain areas: External Service Management Batch & Serial number management Output Determination Pricing Release Strategies

Material pricing and tax on purchase

Nice to have: SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration exposure

Data migration exposure (e.g. LSMW)

Track B: MTD Make SAP PP / SAP QM

Strong experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) including:

Implementation experience in SAP 4.7 (ECC 6 a plus) and/or S/4HANA as Functional & Configuration consultant

Hands-on configuration in PP/QM areas such as:

Basic Data S&OP Master Planning MRP

Production Orders / Confirmations Process Orders / Confirmations

Make-to-Order Make-to-Stock Repetitive Manufacturing

QM in procurement: source inspection vendor evaluation/selection

QM in logistics: incoming/in-process/outgoing; certificate of analysis

Quality control notifications test equipment SPC auditing batch management

Integration experience with modules like MM WM SD PM PP



Tools / Environment (Preferred)

ServiceNow Solution Manager Jira HP4 MQC LSMW (any ticketing/support tools acceptable)

Proven SME capability in chosen domain (MTD Move or MTD Make)

Strong written and verbal communication to document solutions and run business/technical discussions

Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels; strong collaboration and leadership behaviors
