About the team
This role is part of the Vietnam SA team based in our HCMC office. We work with enterprise customers across industries - helping them adopt cloud migrate and modernize their technology landscape adopt AI and build for the future. Our team values builders who are curious collaborative and customer-obsessed. We learn from each other support each others growth and celebrate diverse perspectives. Whether youre presenting to executives or coding alongside engineers youll find a team that values both technical depth and human connection.
Key job responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to design build and implement solutions across cloud adoption migration modernization and new workloads
- Work hands-on with customer teamsbuilding prototypes proofs of concept and production-ready architectures together
- Assess legacy applications and databases and co-create practical modernization roadmaps that reduce technical debt and enable innovation
- Guide customers through cloud migrationshelping them move workloads efficiently and securely
- Help customers explore how AI and emerging technologies can enhance their applications operations and customer experiences
- Apply practitioner-level judgment to identify the right opportunities and focus effort where it creates the greatest customer and business impact
- Navigate shifting priorities with agilityrealigning quickly as customer and business needs evolve
- Share knowledge broadly through workshops technical content and community engagement.

- Experience in hands-on technical roles (e.g. Solutions Architect Software Engineer Cloud Engineer Database Engineer Technical Lead Technology Consultant) with a broad foundation spanning application development databases and infrastructure/systems
- Demonstrated experience building solutionscreating proofs of concept demos and working prototypesnot just advising
- Experience with one or more of: cloud migration application modernization or database modernization
- Understanding of common architectural patterns and cloud-native design principles
- Experience leading complex technical initiatives involving cross-functional collaboration with strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience across multiple domains: application development databases infrastructure networking and/or security
- Familiarity with modernization patterns (e.g. re-platforming refactoring containerization) and database migration strategies
- Curious & have experimented with AI and emerging technologies-and how they can augment human builders and drive business outcomes-with experience helping customers evaluate or implement AI/ML solutions
- Comfort operating in ambiguous fast-changing environments with the ability to pivot and reprioritize and strong judgment in identifying high-impact opportunities
- 10 years of experience architecting migrating or building solutions on cloud platforms with hands-on experience with AWS services
- Have knowledge and experience in an industry domain (e.g. FSI Manufacturing Telco Oil & Gas)
