IQVIA is searching for an experienced Clinical Product Specialist based in Italy on behalf of our client a medical equipment manufacturer with a presence in over 90 this fieldbased role you will deliver highquality clinical training support product evaluations and collaborate closely with our commercial teams to drive real impact in patient care. The company holds leading market positions in various categories including digestive health equipment and consumables for intensive care settings pain management products that reduce post-surgical and other types of pain without opioids and cold and compression therapies used for recovery from surgery and by professional athletes including some of the worlds most famous footballers.
Territory: Based in Italy (with travel across Italy Greece Malta and Cyprus)
What Youll Do
- Deliver highquality clinical training on medical equipment to healthcare professionals in Hospitals including in intensive care settings.
- Support new product evaluations and ongoing product adoption across the territory.
- Build strong trustbased relationships with key clinical stakeholders and position the company as a true partner.
- Identify and support educational programmes and partnership opportunities with customers.
- Provide expert product knowledge and resources coordinating with internal teams as required.
- Support company reporting requirements regulatory compliance and quality system expectations.
- Attend internal meetings training and development sessions.
What Were Looking For
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar clinical training role for a medical equipment company is required.
- Biomedical engineering or Nursing qualification (preferred: experience in enteral feeding and/or critical care).
- Experience delivering clinical training and assessments.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills in Italian and English (written & verbal) are required.
- Excellent planning organisation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams.
- Clinically confident with high levels of selfmotivation and customer focus.
- IT literacy and comfort using digital tools for training and reporting.
Additional Requirements
- Based in Italy with willingness to travel extensively (Italy Greece Malta Cyprus).
- Valid driving license.
