Job Summary
ALL requirements listed in job description & submittal requirements are NON-NEGOTIABLE and no exceptions will be made. **MUST HAVE STRONG ORTHO EXPERIENCE IN TOTAL JOINT PROCEDURES** Euclid Hospital OR CST Day shift 5 - 8 hour shifts 7am-330pm Minimum of 18 months recent OR CST experience. Must have 18 months perm OR CST experience PRIOR to travel. Strong Ortho experience in total joint procedures required. AHAor Red Cross BLS and NBSTSA cert required. Recent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience is REQUIRED. *ONE recent reference from a manager ANM supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Charge RN refs accepted! Traveler must work at least every other holiday ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation an acceptable score on both assessments is required
