Job Summary

Supports the mission and vision of McLaren Port Huron through behaviors that reflect and integrate our values as evidenced by observation peer and customer feedback.
Performs specific special procedures vascular and cardiovascular procedures. Implements activities to establish and maintain quality diagnostic studies
Coordinates the special procedure examinations to ensure the quality and continuity of patient care
Contributes to the efficient operation of the department and assists implementation of patient s plan of care
Demonstrates commitment to professional growth and competence
Contributes to the effective operations of the department by dependability in job performance

Requirement description :

Must live/stay within 30 min of facility during the duration of the assignment- REQUIRED
2 years experience Xray in the OR - REQUIRED
ARRT registered-REQUIRED DOCUMENT
BLS certification REQUIRED DOCUMENT

References NOT required.
A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required. All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred.
Michigan license verification is required for nurses. Please provide LARA and Nursys; if there is a license hit it would be in the traveler s best interest to provide a write-up of what happened for the managers review.
Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above.
Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
