Job Title: /C# Full Stack Developer (Blazor Java Migration WCAG TDA Systems) (16 years exp or currently working for state of Texas)

Location: Austin TX (Onsite)


We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Bachelors degree or higher
• Senior-level experience analyzing software application workflows to identify efficiencies and improvements
• Strong expertise in root cause analysis and issue resolution
• Proven ability to lead the design and development of web-based software applications
• Hands-on programming experience with technologies C# Java ASP JSP HTML HTML5 JavaScript CSS SQL and stored procedures
• Experience independently performing complex SDLC activities across all phases of the software development life cycle
• Demonstrated experience in software application administration and management
• Experience leading SDLC projects from scope definition through deployment including coordination with change control boards and release schedules
• Proficiency in web application development /C# JavaScript HTML CSS Oracle SQL Server and stored procedures
• Strong experience working within Agile SDLC methodologies
• Proven cross-team collaboration experience for requirements gathering application development enhancement and maintenance
• Experience programming and implementing application modifications to meet information security and network security requirements
• Experience leading and directing SDLC teams including code review validation and approval
• Strong technical writing skills including documentation of system changes environments and release notes
• Experience delivering in-person software application demonstrations to obtain customer and stakeholder approval
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Jira or similar work management tools
• Experience developing applications using C# .NET Blazor

• Experience porting or modernizing applications from Java to C# .NET Blazor
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with responsive web design principles and implementation
• Familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and accessibility implementation practices
• Prior experience working with TDA systems

• Lead the design development enhancement and maintenance of enterprise web-based software applications
• Analyze existing application workflows and architectures to identify performance usability and maintainability improvements
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex application and system issues
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders architects security teams and developers
• Ensure applications meet security accessibility and compliance standards
• Guide SDLC activities from requirements through deployment including release planning and change management coordination
• Review validate and approve code developed by team members to maintain quality standards
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation system artifacts and release notes
• Demonstrate proposed application changes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback as needed
• Support Agile ceremonies and promote best practices across the development team
