Behaviour Mentor What the Role Involves

  • Supporting students with behaviour emotional regulation and engagement

  • Monitoring behaviour incidents and supporting reintegration plans
  • Acting as a positive role model and consistent adult presence across the school

Behaviour Mentor What the School is Looking For
The school is seeking a proactive resilient and compassionate Behaviour Mentor with a genuine interest in supporting young people. A 1st Class or 2:1 degree from a top 30 UK university is desirable alongside previous child-centred experience in an educational youth work or care-based setting. Strong communication skills emotional intelligence and a willingness to learn are essential for success as a Behaviour Mentor.

Behaviour Mentor Salary and Contract Info

  • 444 per week pro rata to term time only
  • Full-time long-term contract February to July
  • Term-time only
  • Potential for future teacher training or extended contracts following a successful placement
