PAY RATE: $80.00 $100.00/hour (No OT)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Translate business requirements into functional integration specifications including data mapping and legacy system reconciliation
Maintain and update documentation for payroll feeds (time & attendance benefits tax and third-party providers)
Build and execute test scripts for user acceptance and integration testing
Serve as the first-line point of contact for payroll integration defects; coordinate triage and resolution with IT vendors and business stakeholders
Follow change control procedures for all integration modifications
Provide clear business-focused updates to the Integrations Manager and project leadership
Identify opportunities to automate validations reduce processing time and improve data quality

Requirements:

3 5 years of hands-on experience designing and maintaining payroll/finance integrations in SAP environments (ABAP SAP BW SAP BusinessObjects etc.)
SAP SuccessFactors (4 6 years) Required
Advanced Communication Skills (4 6 years)
Software Problem Analysis (4 6 years)
Data Analysis
Functional Specifications Development (4 6 years)
Proficiency with SAP Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll (EC/ECP) data flows and structures
Experience creating functional specifications performing data reconciliation and translating results into actionable recommendations
Hands-on experience designing and executing functional and integration test plans
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present to technical and non-technical audiences
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of APIs middleware or scripting (SQL Power Query Python)
Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments including sprint ceremonies and backlog management
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP ABAP certification
Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) or AI-driven data validation tools
Prior experience supporting large-scale digital or HR transformation programs
