Job Summary

Job Descriptions :
1) Monitors production and scheduling to ensure goals and objectives are met.

2) Coordinates with the Production Supervisors & line leaders to ensure that schedules are met.

3) Plans and schedules training for all production personnel to ensure job competently.

4) Ensures that all machines are running at rated speed.

5) Provides support to management in meeting timetable for new product development.

6) Ensures products produced conform to standards and customer requirements.

7) Submits needed and required reports punctually.

8) Ensures subordinate follow Safety requirements.

9) Assesses status of machines and coordinates to Maintenance accordingly.

10) Maintains adequate shop supplies both local and imported.

11) Ensures all raw materials and finished goods are properly stored in designated areas.

12) Initiates the required action to any unachieved goal and objective.

13) Works and continuously improves to have minimum scrap in manufacturing.

14) Ensures all products on the shop floor are tagged containing all identification and information.

15) Ensures that all personnel exercise 6S in their area and workstation.

16) Continuously support the compliances.

17) Others as assigned such as Employee Engagement Continuous Improvement People Development etc.

Job Requirements :

Education : . of IE or ME. . is advantage.
Experience:

At least 10 years in Manufacturing roles and at least 3 years as a Production
Manager.
Good at Root Cause Analysis.
Good at logical.
Good knowledge and skill in KPI OKR and MBO.
Good command in English TOEIC > 650.
Computer skills.
