Job Summary

The scientific topics you are going to work on include but are not limited to: LLM post-training to improve capabilities particularly for instruction following reasoning over long context and tool use etc.

- PhD or Masters degree and 6 years of applied research experience
- Experience programming in Java C Python or related language
- Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning
- Experience in Postgres or experience that includes strong analytical skills attention to detail and effective communication abilities and experience in Linux/RHEL
- Experience with popular deep learning frameworks such as MxNet and Tensor Flow.
- First authored publications on the topic of LLM post-training in top-tier AI conferences such as Neurips ICML ACL etc.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
