Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Experience:

4 years building and deploying ML models in production. Strong Python skills. Experience with propensity ranking uplift or optimization models. ML frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch scikit-learn). Feature store integration model serving via low-latency APIs.

Key Skills:

Model development feature engineering model serving infrastructure A/B testing integration explainability (SHAP LIME) bias detection model validation and calibration. Healthcare/regulated environment experience strongly preferred
