Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager to lead and oversee clinical operations within our home care agency. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality compliant and patient-centered care while providing clinical leadership and support to nursing and caregiving staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing clinical oversight for all nursing and home care services
- Supervise mentor and evaluate nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with state regulations licensure requirements and agency policies
- Review and approve care plans assessments and clinical documentation
- Support staff onboarding training and competency evaluations
- Address clinical concerns incidents and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with administration intake and scheduling teams
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 2-5 years of nursing experience (home care or home health preferred)
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of home care standards compliance and documentation
- Excellent communication
- Work Environment:
- Combination of office and field responsibilities
- Local travel required
- Full-time position; on-call responsibilities are required
