Job Description:RSi is looking to fill a Laborer Foreman position to support our NASA customer.The Laborer Foreman leads a crew of general laborers and supports coordination between craft crews and supervision.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Supervise and direct general laborers on daily assignments
Plan crew tasks assign labor track hours and ensure quality work output
Coordinate with facility managers supervisors and other craft foremen
Ensure work complies with safety policies and contract performance standards
Report progress and issues request materials and support as needed

Qualifications and Experience:In general the work of the Laborer Foreman requires rounded training and experience in general labor activities including responsibility for planning coordinating and directing the work of assigned personnel usually acquired through on-the-job training or equivalent experience.

Work Environment: Indoor and outdoor working environments. May include test areas test stands laboratories chambers machine shops cold and hot weather environments heights and confined spaces.

Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):

Standing walking bending kneeling crouching reaching and working in awkward positions to access work areas
The use of hand and power tools and equipment associated with the position
Ability to lift carry push or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds
Wear and properly use required PPE for all assigned tasks

Other Essential Functions (with or without reasonable accommodation):

Demonstrate leadership and crew management abilities
In-depth knowledge of general labor tasks and safety requirements
Ability to read work orders and implement task directives
Experience in construction or facilities support environments

Clearance: Must meet eligibility for a Public Trust background investigation for government issues credentials and IT access/applicants must be able to pass a security background check per Redstone Arsenal/MSFC requirements.
