What Youll Do
- Support the design analysis testing and implementation of features and tools to improve project activities.
- Work with experienced engineers to solve technical problems and improve existing products systems or processes.
- Assist with data collection modeling simulation or documentation using industry-standard tools.
- Participate in team meetings design reviews and project updates gaining exposure to crossfunctional collaboration.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (quality cost reliability safety or sustainability).
- Prepare and present technical findings or project summaries to your team and stakeholders.
- Specific responsibilities will vary depending on the project youre matched with.
Who Were Looking For
Basic Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program in Engineering or a related technical field (e.g. Mechanical Aerospace Electrical or similar).
- In good academic standing and making steady progress toward your degree.
- Intermediate - Advanced English.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate clearly (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated interest in applying engineering concepts to real-world problems.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Willing to accept challenging assignments passion to drive change
- Good command of MS Office Skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Coursework or project experience related to thermodynamics mechanical design power systems control systems CAD FEA Python/MATLAB C/C data analysis etc.
- Hands-on experience through class projects labs design teams maker activities or previous internships/co-ops.
- Familiarity with relevant tools such as SolidWorks/Creo/CATIA MATLAB Python ANSYS SIEMENS NX etc.
- Selfstarter with curiosity attention to detail and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with Lean Tools and Continuous improvement.
