Job Summary
VAUGHAN THORNHILL & SURROUNDING AREAS PAINTING & HOME IMPROVEMENT
This is not a show up and roll paint kind of job.
Were building a tight high-performing painting crew for a growing residential painting business and were looking for people who take pride in quality work show up prepared and want to be part of something that runs professionally and efficiently.
Im a 4th year University of Guelph attendee running and scaling this operation locally and Im looking for painters who treat the job like a craft - not a side task.
What Youll Be Doing
Interior and exterior residential painting projects
Surface prep masking sanding patching and cleanup
Applying paint with consistency efficiency and attention to detail
Working on-site with a small team while being accountable for results
Communicating professionally with homeowners when needed
Following clear systems and quality standards on every job
Youll be trusted to do real work and expected to do it well.
