The Department of Climate Change Energy the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) IT is seeking a proactive Application Portfolio Analyst to join the Digital Systems & Platforms team for a short-term role. Youll manage and improve our application inventory lead consolidation and upgrades advise business units on technology and maintain high standards of documentation and cyber security.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and align the full application portfolio with business needs
Lead strategies for application consolidation and upgrades
Advise and support business units on technology choices
Document application lifecycle support models and capabilities

About You:

You bring a proactive solutions-focused approach and can balance priorities while meeting business needs.

Your strengths include:

Solid knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle application architecture and cloud systems.
Skill in influencing negotiating and building trusted stakeholder relationships.
Experience in project management requirements gathering and service catalogue management.
Ability to navigate complex environments and help improve applications and services.
Dedication to continuous improvement strong documentation and high cyber security standards.

Essential: Relevant tertiary qualifications or proven experience in IT governance and management within complex environments.
