RE-Seed Project for Pride in Living

Job Summary

The RE-Seed Project Manager will play a critical role in coordinating and managing activities across Phases I and II of the RE-Seed initiative. This position ensures smooth operations effective communication and timely execution of tasks related to applicant progress property improvements and stakeholder engagement.

Phases I and II

Phase I: Includes engaging with prospective buyers and managing inquiries.

Phase II: Focuses on property readiness which includes the analysis of property financial statements and metrics and capital improvements; engagement with funders and mortgage holders; and buyer engagement once properties are listed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track progress of each applicant throughout the RE-Seed process
  • Attend property tours and information sessions
  • Provide weekly progress reports to the CEO
  • Participate in meetings with funders and mortgage holders
  • Submit all required documentation to mortgage holders accurately and on time
  • Provide oversight to contractors managing capital needs improvements including scope management invoice approval and coordination
  • Engage with prospective buyers and manage the RE-Seed email account held with PPL
  • Provide feedback and document obstacles for inclusion in the programs Lessons Learned white paper
  • Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external partners regarding RE-Seed activities

Qualifications

  • Strong project management experience preferably in housing or community development
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • General understanding of property financial statements and the analysis of property financial statements and property metrics
  • Familiarity with mortgage processes and capital improvement projects is a plus

Salary/Hours:12 Month Contract Position. 1099 Position. $80000-$100000/annually DOQ
