RE-Seed Project for Pride in Living
Job Summary
The RE-Seed Project Manager will play a critical role in coordinating and managing activities across Phases I and II of the RE-Seed initiative. This position ensures smooth operations effective communication and timely execution of tasks related to applicant progress property improvements and stakeholder engagement.
Phases I and II
Phase I: Includes engaging with prospective buyers and managing inquiries.
Phase II: Focuses on property readiness which includes the analysis of property financial statements and metrics and capital improvements; engagement with funders and mortgage holders; and buyer engagement once properties are listed.
