What Youll Do

• Own execution of large complex HVAC and power projects nationwide
• Lead installations commissioning operations and decommissioning
• Coordinate technicians subcontractors logistics and branch resources
• Manage safety plans site risk and compliance
• Control schedules budgets utilization and change orders
• Act as the primary client-facing leader on-site
• Produce clear documentation reports and daily updates
• Balance field leadership with computer-based work and virtual meetings

Who You Are

• 35 years in HVAC rental power generation or similar environments
• Experience managing large projects emergency response or complex deployments
• Strong technical knowledge of climate control and/or power systems
• Comfortable leading without formal authority
• Organized decisive calm under pressure
• Tech-savvy and disciplined with reporting and documentation
• Willing to travel extensively and be on-call as needed
