What Youll Be Doing:

As a Solution Consultant you will be responsible for the execution of the projects with our customers. This includes market analysis project management and most importantly hosting sessions with these sessions you will guide customers in interpreting data points discussing use cases and demonstrating the value of the A-Insights platform and tailored market intelligence solutions. You will:

• Host informative and interactive sessions with customers to ensure consistent use of our platform and insights for their strategic decisions.

• Use your expertise to predict trends and integrate foresights into client strategies.

• Develop intuitive models and visualizations to support data-driven decisions for customers.

• Play a key role in executing and driving projects with our customers in line with their overarching business goals.

• Utilize various sources such as annual reports and trade databases to uncover key trends that inform strategic decisions.

Projects Youll Work On:

• Market Assessments: Evaluate market potential for key segments within large agricultural and food companies using public and proprietary data to support strategic planning and investment decisions.

• Competitive Benchmarking: Conduct in-depth competitive reviews for major food customers synthesizing data into strategic recommendations for senior management.

• Market Intelligence Updates: Prepare market intelligence updates covering in-depth competitor and industry trends. Engage with customers on a recurring basis as a trusted sparring partner - adding insights and value to their decision-making process.

What Success Looks Like:

• First 30 Days: Familiarize yourself with our company culture data systems and client profiles to integrate effectively into our team.

• First 90 Days: Enhance your skills to actively engage in and contribute to quarterly customer discussions.

• First 180 Days: Prepare & execute project workstreams in market and competitor analysis and customer workshops showcasing your growing independence and expertise.

Challenges:

• Efficiently process and refine extensive datasets to maintain data integrity and ensure actionable insights.

• Quickly adapt to the complexities of our operational and analytical tools becoming proficient in their use.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• The impact of your insights on client decision-making processes.

Your Talent:

• Experience in customer-facing roles.

• Independent thinker with a strong analytical mindset excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrable experience managingprojects and stakeholders efficiently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• 1 to 3 years of experience working with data and customers with a degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or similar fields.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary range of 40000 - 50000 annually including an 8% holiday bonus.

• Performance bonus of up to 10% of your gross salary.
