Client Service Representative Lab Per Diem

Position Highlights:

• Position: Client Service Representative Lab - Per Diem
• Location: Northwest Community Hospital
• Full Time/Part Time: Per diem
• Hours: Monday-Friday Varies

What you will do:

• Perform client account registrations and order processing
• Answer incoming patient physician and client calls
• Contact physician offices and client accounts for resolution of lab orders and specimen related issues
• Assist with dispatch of NCH courier teams
• Performs registrations and enters lab orders

What you will need:

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent work experience
• Certification: N/A
• Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred
• Unique or Preferred Skills: Good communication and organization skills moderate computer skills needed strong customer service skills.
