Business Development Representative (Sales BDC)

We are seeking a high-energy results-driven Business Development Representative (BDC) to join our Sales Business Development team. This role is critical to our dealerships growth and customer experience and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales leads via phone text email and CRM
  • Set and confirm showroom appointments for the Sales team
  • Respond to internet phone and third-party leads quickly and professionally
  • Build value overcome objections and maintain control of the conversation
  • Follow up consistently with unsold prospects and missed opportunities
  • Accurately log all activity in the CRM
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to drive showroom traffic and results

Qualifications

  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up discipline
  • Comfortable with accountability goals and performance metrics
  • Prior automotive BDC sales call center or inside sales experience preferred
  • CRM experience a plus (DriveCentric VinSolutions etc.)

Work Environment

  • This position requires schedule flexibility
  • Some evening shifts up to 8:00 PM
  • Some weekend availability (rotating schedules may apply)
  • Regular use of phones computers and office equipment

Physical Demands

  • Extended periods of sitting typing and phone communication
  • Occasional standing walking bending and reaching
  • Ability to lift/move up to 15 lbs (files promotional materials)
  • Close vision and attention to detail required
