We are seeking nurses to joinour compassionate team in our Inpatient Complex Medical program where we provide around-the-clock care in a warm family-centered environment. We support individuals aged 15-30 who are unable to live at home due to their complex medical needs helping each individual thrive in a safe and caring setting.

Schedule/Benefits

• Weekend package position Friday Saturday and Sunday 6 pm-6:30 am
• Benefit eligible including medical dental vision plans retirement with company match and generous PTO accrual including 16 hours of PTO front-loaded

How Youll Make an Impact

• Within the nursing scope of practice physicians orders and the care plan make decisions and deliver a full range of nursing care based on the fundamentals of the nursing process.
• Maintain accurate completed and timely records as defined by nursing standards of practice and ChildServe policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively respectfully and professionally with residents physicians families school personnel ChildServe staff and others to assure assigned childs care needs are assessed communicated and met.
• Provide training to patients families and staff as needed to help advance the skills and knowledge of all people associated with a childs care delivery.
• Demonstrate good stewardship of ChildServe equipment supplies and environment.

What Youll Need

• Current valid license as a Nurse (RN or LPN) in Iowa.
• Active BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs be mobile within the clinic areas and frequently bend lift reach and stand.
• Ability to communicate effectively in (or through) reading writing and speaking the English language.
