Department Overview
The Services Sales Andes team connects FLSs global innovation with local execution in the main mining operations in the Andean region. We work closely with our customers to ensure operational reliability productivity and sustainable growth positioning FLS as a long-term strategic partner.
Role Summary
As Senior Site Account Manager SPCC Tía Maria you will be the main representative of FLS on site leading the relationship with Southern Peru Copper Corporation and its Tía Maria operation.
This role combines commercial leadership key account management and technical knowledge ensuring that each FLS solution delivers measurable value to the customer and strengthens the long-term relationship.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the comprehensive customer relationship and represent all FLS activities on site.
Develop and execute short and medium-term business strategies and account plans.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce operational risks associated with FLSs installed base and portfolio of products and services.
Work closely with the client and coordinate the integration of the different internal areas of FLS to build high-impact strategic plans.
Continuously monitor customer satisfaction and drive improvement initiatives.
Provide business insights and market feedback to regional and global teams.

Requirements and Experience
Professional degree in Engineering (Mechanical industrial or Mines) or Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience for the mining industry key account management or similar business roles.
In-depth knowledge of on-site mining operations and the clients operational and strategic needs.
Proven track record of business growth business development and execution of account plans.
Experience leading cross-functional teams aligning them towards common goals.
High capacity for self-management decision-making execution and work in dynamic environments.
Strong orientation to innovation and continuous improvement in technical-commercial fields.
Strong analytical financial and presentation skills
CRM management (Dynamics Salesforce or others).
Fluent Spanish and intermediate English.
Availability to travel regularly to mining operations in southern Peru.
