GENERAL SALES MANAGER

YOU MUST BRING:
- Proven ability to run the desk in both new and used
- Strong bank relationships true finance background
- Pricing merchandising and inventory expertise
- Full command of dealership metrics forecasting and fast decisionmaking
- Elite communication leadership presence and problemsolving
- Bilingual is a plus not required
YOU WILL:
- Lead from the front and drive accountability every day
- Desk deals maximize gross and control performance
- Strengthen lender relationships and support highperforming F&I
- Make quick confident business decisions that fuel growth
